THE THANG:
Stage 1: 100 kettlebell swings OYO
Stage 2: 5 rounds of hill work at football stadium entrance:
Round 1: 10 Man-Makers and mosey up the hill with kettlebell for 10 Goblet Squats at the top. Mosey back down to the bottom.
Round 2: 10 Man-Makers and mosey up the hill with kettlebell for 20 total lunges with kettlebell at the top. Mosey back down to the bottom.
Round 3: 10 Man-Makers and mosey up the hill with kettlebell for 30 Chest Press at the top. Mosey back down to the bottom.
Round 4: 5 Man-Makers and mosey up the hill with kettlebell for 40 total Bent over rows at the top. Mosey back down to the bottom.
Round 5: 5 Man-Makers and mosey up the hill with kettlebell for 50 Deadlifts at the top. Mosey back down to the bottom.

WARMUP: Yes, tried to gauge fitness level of FNGs. Leave no man behind, but (push them hard enough so we) leave no man where we found them

THE THANG: Mosey, stopping frequently to group back up for:
5 burpees
10 merkins
15 squats

Eventually with 15 minutes left in the workout. We “stumbled upon” 5 hidden sand bags. Partner up,: one partner works, one partner rests, then switch

– 5 clean and press
– 5 squats
– 5 presses
– 5 manmakers
– 5 over the shoulder

Carry the sandbags back. Trade with partner as needed

Stopped for some flexibility before arriving at COT.

Mary – keep flipping the bag alternating with your partner until 0600.

WARMUP: Disclaimed the group and we started to Mosey around the COT parking lot. While moseying we did some buttkickers, high knees, & karaoke. Made it to the 1/8 mile track area and circled up. Performed SSHx7inCadence, 1 burpee oyo, WindMillsx7inCadence, 2 burpees oyo, CherryPickersx7inCadence, 3 burpees oyo, HillbillyWalkersx7inCadence, 4 burpees oyo, & ImperialWalkersx7inCadence. Group was ready to roll.

Starting at the top of the list PAX were asked to take a lap around the 1/8mile track after completing the 1st exercise. While running the lap PAX started with 1 burpee and then half way around completed 1 burpee. Burpee counts increased by 1 for every lap. 10 Exercises = 520 total reps, 10 laps = 110 total burpees. Add in the warmup mosey and we covered 1.5miles.
