20 Yard Line – 20 Bombjacks
30 Yard Line – 30 Flutters
40 Yard Line – 40 Squats
50 Yard Line – 50 LBCs

Mode of transportation was running 🏃‍♂️.

We did 110 Burpees, 120 Bombjacks, 160 Flutters, 200 Squats, and 100 LBCs.

station one: hand release merkens with shoulder taps at the top

Travel to station 2 via lieutenant dans

Station 2: American hammer / gas pumper combo

Travel back to station 1 via a run around the parking lot

Iron Mike visits the Dentist

WARMUP: Mosey: Stretching, SSH, IMPERIAL WALKER, Merks, Squats, Arm Circles, LBCs,
THE THANG: Started with a mini DORA using DDS to break out the sweat. ( dips, derkins, squats) – using the benches in front of school and a short mosey to the Birthday rock and back. 100 each exercise. Pax then moved to the parking lot to utilize a curb for some Iron Mike Tyson’s and Bomb Jax for some 9s.
Pax then moved to side parking lot to knock out a mini ladder using 4 stops for the reps. 3 rounds completed with BOOGIE down taking the reigns for one round of the ladder exercises where the exercises were completed in cadence. Harry Carey offered up some Smurf Jax to assist w delivering the pain.
Closed out with some Merks and Ab work before Mary took over

THE THANG: AL loop down to skipper turn right, right on Still, left on 21. 10 merkins and 10 squats at every turn. 2 loops a little over 4mi. For the 🐱’s little loop around Main Street. For the record there were on 2 non-🐱in the group roll-off and old bay

Good coffee is the key to any good morning

Lots of fit guys forgot to read the Q schedule, lesson learned.

warm up by the bank, lil’ bit of this, lil’ bit of that

other side of the bank for a 5-10-15-20-25 accumulator from one side of the small lot to the other. Mode of transport, bear crawl, exercises included SSH, merkins, jump squats, shoulder taps, BB sits

to the new lot by the new natural food store, highly recommend, nice size lot. accumulator up and down 10, 10-20, 10-20-30, 10-20-30, 10-20, 10. Exercises included BB sits, Travoltas, Monkey Humpers, mode of transportation on paper was Toy Soldier, until Punchlist went to the crawl bear, many others followed suite (a spectacular example of modify as needed when there is an old slow guy on Q)

to the side of Subway for a wall sit and a couple pop out burpees

to Hobo’s-ish for a few Mahktar N’Diayes and Kneetar N’diayes

the we went to the ABC store and did some sprints

to Loom-ish for step-up and dips

Back to COT, Mary included the dying cockroach

Bear Crawling the Colosseum

WARMUP: BC Standard. SSH, IW, HW, core

THE THANG: mosey. bear crawl the front of the elementary school with 10 Mike Tysons, then bear crawl back for 9, etc., mosey to a hill for 7s with burpees and bomb jacks, change mode of transportation each time (bear crawls and crawl bears were crowd pleasers)
