Zipper Deconstructed Burpees

WARMUP:
Run up to old Hardee’s parking lot. 10 SSH

THE THANG:
Zipper. For every road we headed east on, we did 10 squats at the start, 10 merkins when we crossed Springs, and 10 bomb jacks at the end. For the west-bound trip we did burpees when we crossed Springs (1, then 2, then 3, then 4). We were movin’ this morning. 3 pax got in 4+ miles.

Got back to COT in time to make one sprint up Massey.

No talking = leadership opportunities…and a shovel flag handoff!

WARMUP: started things up with very little voice and the voice lasted about 2 min before going out.

Got things going with SSH, low slow squat, merkins. I think that was about it because talking and calling cadence was not happening.

Mosey over to the front of the school for some additional warm up.

Ran over to the corner for some partner work.
THE THANG: Dora is game so we partnered up.

Shower curtain helped call out the exercise.
100 diamonds
200 lunges
300 flutters (4 count)

Partner 1 runs back to the front of school, partner 2 does exercises until back

We then ran over to all the benches by the R wing and did some 7s using the benches running back and forth between benches.

Exercises were dips and derkins.
MARY: some stretching, some core, and some burpees??

Repeat of a November Kettlebell Tabata workout with a twist. At start of the rest period, bang out a burpee. Rotate around all areas and exercises, and start back at 1.

Ringer won’t write the BB

Ringer was the Q but he is Slackless. Don’t know all of the weinke but went to the big parking lot. One end was KB exercises. Did 10 reps of the first, run to the other end of lot do

WARMUP: River rat led this
THE THANG:

sparky was first. Bunch of stuff with our feet on the wall

BC second: partner up. 6 lit cones. Additive merkins at each cone. Bear crawl the first 3. Lunge walk the last 3. Partner runs a lap

Sparky third: had a series of 19 light poles spread out about a half mile wide. Hit pole 1, then 19, then 2, 18, 3, etc. Each pole had an exercise…. Most men got 1 merkin. 19 squats, then 2 squats.

Band Camp again: run to steepest part of the hill. Brief message about embarrassing moments, but we still have time left. Time left to reverse bear crawl the hill. At the top, partner back up. 12 sandbags at the far side. 1 partner run and throws a bag over their head 5 times. Other partner does 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 squat jumps

COT: was had. Band Camp won votes for difficulty and creativity. Sparky won in use of AO

bc wants to go fast…

WARMUP: told the pax the route
THE THANG: run route – aka, river district down and back and any bonus mileage. About 4 miles down and back.

Bandcamp wanted to go fast right out of the parking lot so we did. He got a PR run for the morning. That’s a 1-0 start to the day!
MARY: stretching if you made it back in time
