Sharknado Returns To Alcatraz

WARMUP: 15 Hill Billy Walkers, 15 Potato Pickers, 15 Windmills , 10 Moroccan Nightclubs and 15 Overhead Claps
THE THANG: Enter Sharknado:
Five different exercises 20 Reps each, after each exercise run up the big steep hill behind the baseball field heading to the marina.
20 Plank Jacks
20 Carolina Dry Docks
20 Big Boy Sit-ups
20 Sumo Squats
20 Hand Release Merkins
Most got 2.5 miles in with almost 800 feet elevation gain.

We spent the last 10 minutes stretching at COT. Judging from most guys faces this is something that is not done nearly enough!

10-20-30 Back to Back Days

WARMUP: Mosey and then SSH, cherry pickers, windmill, imperial walkers, hillbilly walkers, plank, merkins, walk the dog, honeymooners, etc.
THE THANG: Utilizing 3 islands in the parking lot behind Panera, we did 10-20-30s. Exercises included – mountain climbers, squats, lunges, LBCs, flutters, CDD with running between each station. Example 10 squats, run, 20 squats, run, 30 squats. Sprints, karaoke, and nur all mixed with between stations. Mosey to the multi story retail area and dora – mountain climbers, squats, LBCs. Mosey to Amphitheatre – dips, step up, merkins 2 sets. End with Mary and stretching.

WARMUP: Mosey with Toy soldiers and Karaoke. Merkins and Moroccan Night Ckubs the Tesh Way
THE THANG: mosey to grassy incline. 10 curtsy lunges at bottom of hill, walk backwards up the hill then 10 deep squats at top of hill. Rinse and repeat twice. Mosey to other side of shopping center. Do 50 of all the following exercises, but after each single set, take a lap. merkins, squats, Carolina dry docks, calf raises, curtsy lunges, LBCs and box cutters. Finish with my hip exercises.
