WARMUP: mosey with some merkins and squats
THE THANG: Two rounds of six exercises working 30 seconds 10 seconds off. Merkins with bags on back, merkins, chest press, squats with bag, air squats and deadlifts.
Four rounds with moseying in between and no setting the bag down of 10 deadlift, ten hang clean, ten front squat, and ten press.
Two rounds of plank ladder with clean and overhead carry with flutters in between.

T Y H E R A D

5 were at The Yard for a tour of the back entrance light posts as we had pain in chalk at each pole. Each pole at a letter of THE YARD, but not in order, so that led to some light yogging to find the next letter in the correct order. Everyone enjoyed immensely.

Prayers for Bonsai’s wife and Old Bay’s wife, Twister’s mom, thankful for safe travels for Tater and his M, and for DT’s upcoming trip.

The Hills of Harris Street

Brief warmup: 20 Merks, single ct; 40 SSH single ct
Mosey to Harris Street to hear The Thang: Big ole pendulum; run to the top of Harris and complete 25 Merks, single ct and 50 SSH single ct before returning to Nazareth for more of the same exercises. Rinse and Repeat.

Track and Field

WARMUP: At 50 yard line of NAFO football field…low slow squats, flutters, Carolina Dry Docks, Moroccan Nightclubs, Windmill
THE THANG: Mozy to goal line and 5 yard line. Pax were evenly split and faced each other in plank position starting on the sideline. Pax completed 4 plank jacks, 4 mountain climbers, 4 shoulder taps then moved 4 arm widths toward the opposite side of the field. Rinse and repeat until Pax reaches opposite sideline.
Once completed, Pax moved to the track for bear crawl 1/2 of curved portion of track followed by lunge walk remainder of curved portion. At straightaway, ran to the next curved portion for rinse and repeat of bear crawl and lunge walk. At the next straightaway, sprint to initial starting point.
Return to the field for rinse and repeat of 4s until Pax reached the opposite side of the field. Once completed, we started the rinse and repeat of the track lap but modified to full run after initial bear crawl/lunge due to time considerations.
After the lap, Pax moved to the goal line for run to the 50 yard line for 50 LBCs then back to goal line for 5 LBCs. Rinse and repeat descending distances for 40/4 SSH, 30/3 CDD, 20/2 windmill merkins, 10/1 burpees.
Back to COT.

Need for speed

WARMUP: the usual suspects, we added, Phelps to the usual Windmills, Pickers, low and slow squats, imperial walkers, hillbilly walkers. Plank with Peter parkers, Parker Peter’s
THE THANG: couple webs! Moseyed over to behind the theater where we did a Webb with reverse merkins with railings to support and monkey humpers on other side of lot. We did 5/10, 10/20, 15/30 and 20.

We then moseyed to back of big lot and ran suicides, all the way across in three trips,

bear crawled back to first light and then moseyed to Handels to use the chairs for a 2nd Webb, step ups and dirkins.
3/10, 6/20, 9/30, 15

We then moseyed to road heading to Red Ventures and did a light pole routine down the hill with 5 merkins at top and 5 squats working our way down at each light pole.

Dawn Patrol

Six this morning at Dawn Patrol.  Taking advantage of the extra hour of sleep and still getting our work in!

Warm Up: Mosey, SSH, Merkins, Slow Windmills, etc.

Thang:

All PAX wall sit, take turns 15 yard bear crawl and 3 burpees.

Split into two groups and circle the parking lot alternating between bear crawls and mosey. Stations of 30 squats, 25 Merkins, 30 Lunges, 25 LBC’s , and 20 Plank Punches.

Back to the Amphitheater for a quick ab lab and and COT.

Show Me The Money (sleeping in) and Jekyll (vacation) were missed, and they missed out on some life and safety lessons from Change Order.

Prayers for kids making smart choices and those undergoing medical procedures.

Life moves pretty fast

THE THANG:
Mosey over to the playground for Pyramid of Pain. First round reps of 2-10-10-10, followed by 4-20-20-20, then 6-30-30-30 and back down. Exercises were Pull-ups, LBCs, Merkins & Squats.

Moseyed over to the back entrance and did 6 burpees and 13 dips.

Moseyed to front of Elementary School and did 4-corners around the Loop. At each turn of the Loop, do the following:
– CDDs
– Calf Raises
– Big Boys
– Over Head Claps
First loop 10 reps, then 20 reps, then 30 reps.

MARY: Flutters, box cutters and reverse box cutters, American hammers.
