Hold plank and do low slow merkins until the 6 came in.

• Bear crawl up the ramp
Level 3 (UpperDeck):
• 20 LBCs
• Mosey a lap up top with a short nur.
• Crab walk down ramp

WARMUP: Disclaimer and mosey around the small loop in front of TCES with butt kickers, high knees, and some NUR thrown in
THE THANG:
COP: SSH x 25, Morracan Night Club x 20, windmill x 10, IW x 20, low, slow squat x 20
Rack up your bag and take another mosey around the small loop. Finish at the front of the drop-off line.
With the sandbag on your shoulders, lunge walk along the front of the school from the crosswalk to last brick column. Drop your bag at the end and run back to the start.
Everyone assume a plank position and one by one, run to the end, retrieve your bag, run back to the start, and hold Al Gore with your bag until everyone has returned. Rinse and repeat two more times.
Walk to the last brick column, and then mosey to the ‘amphitheater’ behind the baseball diamond. Drop your bag at the 2nd tier and jog down to the cement pad.
Jacob’s ladder (7’s) with merkins at the bottom and overhead bag tosses at the top.
Mosey back to the front of the school and do forward bag tosses from the last brick column to the crosswalk. Rinse and repeat two more times.

I’ve been Qing workouts for 13 years, and signing up to Q this workout was kind of a big step for me. I shied away from rucking and sandbag workouts for a long time because I was afraid of aggravating my bum knee (arthritis) and my aging shoulders. About a year ago, I decided to try it, and so far, my body seems to tolerate the stress. These workouts are challenging and I struggle with them at times, but I love them. Bald is beautiful

WARMUP: Did a little stretching and then a mosey that almost killed me. Yeah I was Qin.
THE THANG: moseyed from COT to the wall down on 160. Did a few things like wall sits as we watched someone do an exercise. Got bored with that so we ran up that freakin hill to the Parkin lot. Did a few rounds of 4 corners. Abs, arms, legs, and shoulders. Time flew by so Fogerty took over. He kept walking around with this cardboard thing folded up. That’s when it all really started. He had five exercises on the list SSH, squats, lunges, merkins, and LBCs. Then we ran down the freakin hill again. We did this until we almost died. Headed back to COT for abs

Did have a little story time about the story of Daniel and king Darius. Spoiler alert the lions didn’t eat Daniel. The satraps weren’t so lucky.

All done.

Bushpit Dual Q (or Q Duel?)

WARMUP:

THE THANG:
OldBay Part 1:
Run to first of 4 cones set up to cover a large area for “Catch me if you can”. Pax partner up, size doesn’t matter. Partner 1 does stationary exercise while partner 2 does moving exercise (working their way around all 4 cones). Once P1 finishes stationary exercise, they run to catch P2 then flapjack. Continue until they’ve made it around all 4 cones.

Exercises:
10 merkins and butt kickers
3 burpees and high knees
10 mountain climbers and karaoke

Birdcage Part 1
All pax grab some curb for merkin and shimmy: one merkin, then use arms and legs to sideways step to the right. Repeat until complaints were high enough.

Shake it out and then flip to other side of curb for dip and shimmy.

Pax then had to get in 5 lines for sprints back and forth in front of the stadium entrance.

OldBay Part 2
Pax line up on curb facing open side of parking lot for broad jumps and merkins. Pax instructed to take 2 broad jumps and then do 2 merkins. Repeat until the other side of the parking lot was reached, keeping count of how many broad jumps it took them.
14 jumps was the fewest, so all pax had to do 14 burpees.

Pax then lined up arms-distance apart, then dropped to a plan for railroad tracks. The pax at the end of the plank line had to make their way to the from the line by jumping over each planked pax. They then planked at the front of the line. Done after 2 complete cycles. We had a few minutes left, so we did 5 6-count burpees to satisfy the brass at the workout.

Birdcage part 2
Worked our way back to the front of the stadium where we did suicides, stopping at every tree for 5 bombjacks…until we run out of time (or tree, in the case of a few pax)

MARY:
Just a few moments for a few exercises. Bandcamp managed to get 2 6-count burpees in, because only dozens before wasn’t enough.

Bags of Fury

We had 5 at The Coaches Box for some fun with Sandbags!

Thang:
Toss sandbags 10 yards and run a suicide back to the start line. We did that 10 times across the length of the parking lot.

Sandbag carry every 10 yards and stop for 10 pushups, 10 merkins, 10 bb sit-ups. Increase reps by 10 every 10 yards.

Second half hour we discussed what it looks like to live 3rd.
