We got through 5 total rounds before we put the blocks back. With about 2 minutes left before 6 I had everyone do HR merkins, Squats, and BBS until we hit 6:00. Thanks to all who showed on an exceptionally cold morning!

WARMUP: standard fare IC – goofballs, WMs, IWs, MtnClimbers, MNC and mosey to WEP ampitheater
THE THANG: EMOM circuit 5 exercises, 4 rounds
1st minute – 10 burpees
2nd minute – 20 merkins
3rd minute – 30 squats
4th minute – 40 Freddy mercuries
5th minute – 50 SSH
“rest” by bear crawling across amphitheater stage
repeat 3 more times

PAX needed a change of pace so we moneyed towards playground and walking lunged for about 35 yards

At playground we did some more IC exercises including reverse merkins on the swings and mtn climbers before lunge walking and moseying back toward amphitheater

back at amphitheater did more bear crawls and lunges across stage and then moseyed back to COT

Pocket Rockets

WARMUP: ran to auditorium, merkins, stretches, we talked about inches etc.
THE THANG: game of poker A,K,Q,J,10-2. Fun was had by all. Lots of pain dishes out. Helmet came out on top with pocket rockets

Warm up loop around Lowes with exercise stops. Got back for 12 Days of exercise. Goal was to go through 6 take a lap around building and finish last half. After completed started day 12 and got back to day 10.

-Native American run round WEP w 6 dropping for 1 burpee.
-Tabata – 45 seconds of big boys, flutters, hello dollies, and LBC’s
– Mosey to dryer parking lot for a few rolls of Polish Dice (belongs to Fresh Prince). 30 🐸 jumps, lunges, and squats. Dice was not cooperating so abandoned and moseyed to large hull across from Veterans Park.
-7’s w burpees at top of hill and jump squats at bottom.
-20 merkins in cadence.
-Mosey back to COT
MARY: Abb exercises performed by Cohiba, Dark Helmet, and Cyclops.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: could have done a better job with this as a site Q.  🙄
