THE THANG: We jumped into a circuit training of pain stations with 10 Reps each of the following: LSS, Merkins, Flutter Kicks, 60lb Sand Bag Over Head Toss, Ruck Sack Curls, SSH, Monkey Humpers, 40lb Bent Over Rows, Big Boys. Every 5-10 minutes we Mosey a lap around the parking lot x2, and 1 backwards jog.

It was an honor to be able to lead the workout this morning. This was diffident from most workouts because of the number of times we stopped to talk. However I felt it important to share with the guys what is happening around them. We also were able to congratulate Double D in his hand off of Nantan to Esso. Double D, thank you for you service to the pax. You have always been someone who ask the tough questions that challenge us and I thank you for that and what you did for our Region during your reign as Nantan. Esso, I look forward where you are going to take us and your energy to lead. We have a bright future ahead.

THE THANG: Cones were placed out along a long road in order to complete a ladder – adding one rep at each cone. We had 8 cones. Squats in Cadence, Merks, Bobby Hurleys
Pax moved to Middle school bus line and completed 5 rounds – BombJax was the buyin – 1 bombjack, to start and adding 1 rep each round – then make ur way down the road stopping at cones premarked with reps and exercise- 5 total stops. 5 Burps, 6 Donkey Kicks, 7 Diamond Merks, 8 Big Boys, 9 Bob Hurley, 10 LBCs

Yards of fun

WARMUP: slight mosey. SSH, wind mills, produce pickers, mtn climbers, imperial walkers, hillbilly walkers, moroccan nightclubs
THE THANG: a little stretching with toy soldiers, knees to chest. Lined up to do 7s. Round 1 squats and merkins. Walk to top of hill then most to football field. 10 yard line exercises. Increment based on yardline up to 50(5 reps) then run back. Merkins, plank jacks, squats, SSH, shoulder taps. Last round did whole field with CDDs. Mosey to wall wait for six. Mosey to COT

The 3 costs of leadership

WARMUP: Mosey to springs building lot for various exercises with 2 burpees in between each. Mosey to the pike energy lot for act 1

THE THANG: Cost #1 – You will have to make hard decisions that negatively affect people you care about.

Cost #2 – You will be disliked despite your attempts to do the best for the most

Mosey to bank lot for a plank and act 3:
Cost #3 – You will be misunderstood and will not always have the opportunity to defend yourself.
Mosey to the WEP running path – with 12 minutes to go YHC called 5 burpees, 10 squats and 15 SSH’s at each swing. It was a bit aggressive. Modified to 5 hand release merkins from the 4th swing on.

JWOW found his landholdings at WEP to be in good working order, so we proceeded and
all finished in time for COT at 0730.

YHC is also pleased to report that the perceived minimum burpee requirement of Slapahot’s was also reached – all of them.
