This workout is dedicated to U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Keith “Matt” Maupin, 24, of Batavia, Ohio, who disappeared on April 9, 2004, when insurgents south of Baghdad attacked his convoy with small-arms fire and rocket-propelled grenades. His remains were found on March 20, 2008. Prior to his disappearance, Maupin served as part of the 724th Transportation Company in Bartonville, Illinois.
He is survived by his mother, Carolyn; father, Keith; a brother and sister; and many other friends and family members.

THE THANG:
Six parking spots marked with exercises.

4. Shoulder Press
5. Lateral Pull
6. Arm Curl

Cycle through 3 slots with one PAX doing 6 stepups (each leg) OR 10 box jobs. Do a lap. Cycle the remaining slots. Got through nearly six rounds

Hello, is there anybody out there?

Little chilly and light on numbers, but we did have a guest from North Atlanta, Man Tooth. He said he knows the infamous, Longshanks.
Simple route this morning , run down 160 toward Gold Hill Middle. Take left on Gibson, run to teacher parking lot, back up the hill and return to COT. I had a bright idea of doing some hill repeats, but it was just and idea.

WARMUP: Peta lead the group with a slow and steady warmup. Windmills, Imperial Walkers, Hillbilly Walker, and SSH.
THE THANG: Half Shell took a mosey and we stayed near the original parking lot for a 12 days of Christmas session which included 1 location for merkins and another location for big boys with running between them. We missed 4 and 6, so we had to sprint those laps, and got to 9 before Grassy took over. We took a mosey to Walgreens for some reindeer games. Taken from F3 Cherokee from 2018, there was a list of all Santa’s reindeer and each one had a different exercise. We had already sung songs together and now the mumblechatter chatter really took over. We counted in Spanish, then German and there a lot of trivia about Home Alone 2. After getting through the reindeer games, we took a mosey back to COT

We did some warmup and then went into a 12 Days of Yardmas board of pain

Complete first exercise and run a lap. Next exercise and the first and run a lap. Repeat ladder style. Extra points to sing 12 days of Christmas while doing it.

I miss Ohio?

5 were at Sole-to-Sole for a ruck through Kingsley where we found out the we are losing our Pax Battle Bot to …… Ohio…. Specifically Toledo.

This fascinating development puts him closer to his wife’s entire family, and as far as his family, not terribly ridiculous as they are spread out.

Little time was spent on what’s actually going on in Toledo these days.

We will miss our brother.
