THE THANG: mosey to student parking, 5 rounds of 4 corners, 10 merkins, 15 dips, 20 heels to heaven 25 calf raises. Mosey to grass behind the wall and flip the tires we found to the wall, held wall for awhile then flip tires back. Mosey to bottom of hill, each light up 5 squats, and 5 wide/diamond merkins to the stop sign

Ruck n Roll

Beautiful morning!
WARMUP: none
THE THANG: 3.7 miles ruck at a nice brisk ranger pace. Down to GHMS, around it, then up the back side onto Dam rd. Then around the back side of the Walmart, then behind the retirement home through the townhouses, back onto 160 down to the first light at Brayden, then into Brayden briefly to loop around to the other light at 160. Then back to COT right at 7am.

Neese’s was almost the death of us

WARMUP: Yes, IW; HW; some yoga.
Introduced the reverse burpee (you go down on your 6, lay on your back, and then return to standing for a jump). Stagecoach busted his wrist and YHC was tired of seeing him modify.
THE THANG:
Found a wall
10 stepups (each leg)
10 derkins
10 bulgarian split squats (each leg)
10 irkins
Found another wall (it was stupid high)
10 stepups (single leg) this was dumb
10 derkins this was also dumb but not as much

One man did an over the shoulder lift
Everyone else held a squat down and raised up when the ball hit the ground. Return to the held squat for the next guy to do a lift. 15 guys….
Rinse and Repeat with Split Squats and a reverse burpee

NMM:It’s nice to be motivated to workout, but falling in love with the process of acceleration is even better. That can survive a waning motivation. Or maybe it just is motivation itself?

WARMUP:
THE THANG: the route that was called took us down munn to harris(r), to Sutton view neighborhood. Go all the way through the neighborhood, cross Sutton and head down Sutton view rd into mason’s bend. At the end is Sutton view, turn left, take first right, follow to the end, turn left up towards the main mason’s bend rd. Turn left there and head for home. Pax were encouraged to add loops in Kingsley if they wanted more mileage. Very hilly route, this (over 500 ft of climb)

I have had the F3 workout deck in my truck for quite some time, like over a year, and never found the right opportunity to use it. Well, today was the day. The cards are waterproof so I was not worried about them getting wet, just whether I could read the small-ish print or not. HA!

Pick a card, do the exercise, then on to the next. Clubs are core, hearts are cardio, spades are legs, diamonds are upper body. Rep count is based on number/suit on the card 2-10 are their number, jacks are 11, queens are 12, kings are 13, aces are something special. jokers/jester are wild card (I had them as 10 burpees).
We got through the following (larger numbers were OYO, everything else in cadence)

WARMUP: Yes. Even did some merkins with our feet elevated as part of it. Guys were not happy.
THE THANG: Ran over to the old America Jackal grounds. Did some string of pearls around the school including: Bulgarian Split Squats, Toy Soliders, Bear Crawls, Rugby Sprints, a moment of 4 corners (merkins, squats, lunges, burpees).
