WARMUP: Mosey and then the usual minus the SSH
THE THANG: went back to an old COVID WOD from <@U5P2KHLJ2> 5 Burpees every minute for 20 min & mixed in some Squats, MNCs, Calf raises with the spare seconds. After that we headed to hole 18 for a Sysiphus run up one of the worst hills in TC. 30sec, 60sec, 90 sec. Everyone loved it especially <@UN3JKG18C>! Mosey back to COT

– Head back the way we came

WARMUP: do we warm up at Block Party on Thursday’s?
THE THANG:
Head to WEP, stop for merkins, around the park, stop for low slow squats, stop for American hammers in parking lot, through the woods to Harris street, stop for Ranger merkins, then partner Nur up Harris, stopping half way for diamond merkins, Freddy mercury’s at church parking lot across from Sullivan street, down Spratt for some prisoner squats at the Print Shop. Over to Monroe white street for 20 wide arm merkins in the abandoned parking lot, down to the church for 20 jump squats, up the other hill to the Town of Fort Mill building for 20 archer merkins, repeat once before heading back to COT

WARMUP: we did the pledge and they got a disclaimer…it’s Minnow Pond (RIP)
THE THANG: Old school go time.
Exercises at each of the stops was 5 hand release with a shoulder tap in between. Then 5 jump squats.
The route: started at crossing on main -> down academy to the 4 corners -> up the hill to the glass filled parking lot -> print shop getting 5 pull ups in -> back to crossings on main -> up the Massey hill to the parking lot -> little bay Jesus church lot -> down ardrey and past WEP to the chain parking lot -> then all the way down to Kanawha past the gas station (I had to look the name up) -> Leonides to Spratt -> McKenzie to Ardrey to LBJ lot again -> chain parking lot, again -> Massey hill and parking lot, again -> COT

Old fashion

WARMUP: Disclaimer and off to mosey to the church parking lot. Did some arm circles, MNC, and Wind Mill. Off to mosey to the back of HarriscTeeter for more warm ups. SSH, mount. climbers, hill Billy walkers, and down/up dog.
THE THANG: Ran to the wall for some Balls to the wall with some running and burpees. Times 2. Then over to the hill for the apartments. 11’s was on the menu with 10 CDD at the top and and big boys at the bottom. Finished with a message about keeping in touch with those men we do not see anymore but remember there F3 name. Then off to Walgreens for a short 100 and 200 DORA.

Watching professional sports reminds us that every player has different responsibilities. The same as true in life. I may not know what my wife packed in the kids’ suitcases for our trip, but she doesn’t have to carry those suitcases. She packs, I carry. Same team different role. Not everyone gets the game ball, but without all parts playing together, you can’t win. Play your part and enjoy the victory. Game on!

Beat the deck

WARMUP: SSH, Cherry Pickers, Imperial Walkers, windmill

THE THANG:
Start with 9 cards face up, each card is associated with a workout and each suite is associated with a MOT. We went around picking higher or lower of any card, if we get it right we have that persons lead a 10 cadences on it..if we get it wrong we do the 10 cadences and MOD to the light pole and back and flip the card. The objective was to complete the deck….we failed :disappointed:
