THE THANG: Trail Running – no idea where they went, Rucker again no idea, Runners were supposed to go via the Candy Cane forest, gumdrop lane, past the goat house, up a hill to the old mill, downtown and back on danger highway

THE THANG: The buckets returned. This time there were two. It was pick some misery out of a bucket day. Stairs were involved. Random selections of pain were pulled from two buckets stationed far apart with some stairs in the way. All enjoyed.

YHC had researched previous backblasts in an effort to find a BLIMP style workout and found one from 2017 led by Old Bay.
