The 90/10 Rule

WARMUP:
*Coaches Style Perimeter Lap
*10 warm up exercises (9ct) followed by 1    Burpee

THE THANG:

90 yard runs of escalating effort levels followed by 10 yards of bear crawls, crawl bears, crab walks.

9/1 Cone O’Rama exercises with built in lap around bus line. Sneaky 2 miles total over the course of 45 min.

College & Pro Mascot Trivia sprinkled throughout

move the chains

WARMUP: mosey around the AO where we did high knees, butt kickers, toy soldiers, windmills
THE THANG: move a giant chain from one end of football practice field to the other. 8 links ~500lbs
Then 100 yard jogs / sprints intervals until time.
MARY: did some V ups for the last few seconds.

Burn but not so Slow

WARMUP: stretching, IW, Hillbilly Walkers, squats, merkins, MC
THE THANG: 11’s, 2 exercises at each end. One end, Merkins & Squats other end Monkey Humpers and Plank tucks. Once finished we did ab work until 6 was in. Then accelerator merkins up to 10. Regular merkin but 1 pump on bottom and then 2 and keep going to 10. This was new and a crowd favorite.

Mosey to parking lot for Dora 100 Derkins, 200 Dips, 300 Hello Dolly. Indian Run back to COT with a stop for a sprint back into COT.
MARY:

WARMUP: SSH, Morrocon NC, Imperial Walkers, Windmills, Strawberry Pickers
THE THANG:
Round 1- Bear Crawl Every 10 Yards then when reached the 50 yard line Run Back
Round 2- Lunges Every 10 Yards then when reached the 50 yard line Nur Back
Round 3- Crab Walk Every 10 Yards then when reached the 50 yard line Mosey Back
Exercises at every 10 yards with the yard number as the reps during each Round- 10= Burpees, 20= Shoulder Taps, 30= Squats, 40= Peter Parkers, 50= LBCs
Dora= 100 Merkins, 200 Mountain Climbers, 300 Plank Jacks; Timer was running one lap around the loop.

WARMUP: SSH, slooooow windmills, produce pickers, imp walkers, hillbilly walkers, mountain climbers – generally a bakers dozen of each

We also ran around lowes for some dips
THE THANG: AMRAP: one minute of work with 30 secs of recovery of the following: shoulder taps, big bois, squats, hand release merkins, American hammers, monkey humpers – record your count with chalk

Repeat

Added 10 secs to each exercise for third round with goal of pushing to beat your highest count from the previous 2 rounds

Mosey across 160 to back side of “The Exchange” building in Baxter
Get into groups of 3 for Triple-Check

1 person in people chair
1 person doing exercise (below)
1 person running the balcony

Rotate when person running balcony gets back.
