THE THANG: Head out to Munn to Harris make a right and a Right on Spring Blossom cross Sutton onto Sutton View past the Anchorman estate into Masons Bend and back. Some how it was uphill both ways?!?

Up Tempo @ ROF

WARMUP: Ran a warm up lap around the NAFO track and led the PAX to the bleachers.

THE THANG: Asked the PAX to partner up.
Bleacher Runs:
Partner 1 sprints up the bleachers and then moseys back down, complete 2 trips before switching with Partner 2.
Partner 2 continues a circuit of 20 Derkins, 20BSSs ( 10each leg ), and 20 LBCs. Complete 5 rounds each.

All finished and we made our way back to the track.

Fast Mile on the Track:
Partner 1 runs 400m as fast as you can and then switches with Partner 2. Partner 2 continues a circuit of 20 Merkins, 20 Alt. Lunges ( 10each leg ), and 20 BBSs. Switch with Partner 1 upon his return.
Complete 4 laps each for a Fast Mile.

MARY: Moseyed from the track to COT and held plank while each PAX said something they were thankful for.

WARMUP: Mosey to church and then following exercises – SSH, windmill, imperial walker, cherry pickers, hillbilly walkers, Moroccan nightclub, merkins, 6 inches, etc.
THE THANG: Start with 7’s in the church parking lot running from one end of the parking lot to the other – burpees and big boys. Mosey back to the HT parking lot and use 2 islands to do the following between the islands – high knees, kaorake 2, nur, bear crawl, lunges, toy soilders. Mosey to area with rocks in parking lot – squat thrusters – 15, 10, 10. Curls – 20, 15, 10, 10. Chest presses with flutters – 15, 10, 10… Finish with Dora in the HT parking lot – 100 squats, 150 MC (DC), 200 LBCs

WARMUP: Side-straddle hop, Strawberry pickers, Plank to down dog calf stretches, from plank Left arm to the sky with some hip dips, Right arm to the sky with some hip dips
THE THANG:
– Run 1/2 Mile – around the MS drop-off loop, up to the flag by the Elementary School drop off loop, pause and salute the flag, down the hill at Dave Gibson and back up to base camp at the top of the hill by school entrance; Partner up
– 100 Sumo squats, with partner run down the hill and back to 3 curb burpees and swap.
– 100 Walkin’ Merkins!!!, partner run down the hill and back to 3 curb burpees and swap.
– 100 Side Lunges, partner run down the hill and back to 3 curb burpees and swap.
– 100 Heels to sky, partner run down the hill and back to 3 curb burpees and swap.
– 50 Monkey humpers each for 100 per unit.
– Run 1/2 Mile back through the reverse route with the salute, stop at brick walkway infront of the MS the bear crawls to the stop sign, finish run to COT
– At COT a round of UP – DOWNS, then some Mary
