Minimal running is just fine

WARMUP: The gloom was in full effect and guys just kept showing up. We did a short run through the parking lot, followed by some SSH, cherry pickers, windmills, mountain climbers, Moroccan, and imperial walkers.
THE THANG: Overhead carry to the big parking lot where we lined up on the curb.

3 rounds with increasing reps. We went through round 1 lower reps and increased up to round 3.

Soft field, all work

WARMUP: Gathered for a quick disclaimer, no FNGs, ran about 200 yards. SSH, cherry pickers, windmills, merkins, squats, and some stretches.
THE THANG: Ran over to the football field with a few small stops. Based on the counts of the exercises, that were each each end zone, you did the count of the exercises on the yard line that matched the count. Counts of 60 were done on the 50. Once you did the exercise, you’d run to the far end zone to start at the top…then it was just back and forth working down the list.

Partner Work

It was a beautiful morning at the American Jackal, and you could cut the anticipation of the upcoming beatdown with a knife. We did a quick warmup and we were off.

Thang:
Partner Up for 11’s – 10 Partner Merkins run a half lap and 1 Big Boy sit-up run another half lap. Work up to 1 Merking and 10 BB sit-ups.

Dora: Partner 1 – 100 Dips, 200 Incline Merkins, 300 Step Ups. Partner 2 – Run across the parking lot.

Light Pole Work: Alternate Bear Crawl and Lunges at every light pole.

Back to COT for prayers and praises.

STL meets Jack Webb

No warm-ups, no disclaimer (oops)
Ran down to school parking lot
Simple routine, at first light pole, kick off Jack Webb (1 merkin, 4 OH claps), run to the far end parking lot, 1 burpee. Add to the count +1 merkin, +4 OH claps and +1 burpee.
Finished with some time to spare, sprints between light poles and back to COT for bonus round of Jack Webb.

Ladders of fun

WARMUP:
The usual, SSH, Moroccan night clubs, lots of arm circles, low slow squats
THE THANG:
Disclaimer… Tabatha: every time the alarm went off… 10 Carolina dry docks every two minutes, 10 squats 30 seconds after that
Evolution: toss your sandbag to light pole towards car pool line, carry it no next one following the street, toss, carry… and then we found a ladder… loaded up the ladder with sandbags, one pax will carry sandbag while the other 6 went under weight carrying the ladder on their shoulders, remember Tabatha? Well, every time alarm went off, ladder is grounded, dry docks and squats are performed, rotate pax on sandbag, keep moving… movement was dictated by Tabatha… back to start point, 5 minutes of broga… while at it… yes, alarm went off again… just a few more CDD and squats.

Kingsley……because…..that’s what we do

WARMUP: Nope –
It’s a running/rucking/jogging AO
THE THANG: route called – leave the high school up the hill, north on Munn – left on Kingsley park drive to the crossing at 160 into the Kingsley development for 1 mile loops. Return the way PAX left the AO – Between 3-5 miles were had by all.

Each pole had a letter composed of the site THEYARD, but the letters were scrambled to ensure misery and extended running between poles. Most of us got two rounds under each pole.

3 headed SL

WARMUP: Skip ran us through his old site Q grounds with a plethara of stretches. Then decided to do a bunch of burpees at every street.
THE THANG: passed baton to Warning Track who ran us to pull up bars for 5 pull ups/5 push ups. The. Ran us to the hill (you know which one). Down hill for LBCs at bottom and squats at top. Rinse and repeat. Passed baton to Soup who ran to parking lot for a Coupon work dora.
