The CSM Pysher WOD

This is my custom WOD for my Father CSM Pysher.

Rep count represents the different divisions, brigades, regiments he was a part of durning his career in the Army and the Pa National Guard.

Had some extra time so did 28 Lunge walks…followed by 56 Lunge Walks then 112 Freddy Mercuries.

Always happy to be able to lead here. Thankful for the opportunity provided by my SL brother Kaiser and also thankful for the opportunity to catch up with a true HIM Harry Carry.

O to the smells of BushPit

WARMUP:
Mosey over to middle school with multiple stops along the way to our final destination by the football field.

SSH, imperial walker, second cousin hillbilly walker, butt kickers, high knees

THE THANG:
Ladder where you start with first exercise and then run a lap. Add a new exercise each lap and count increases by two for all exercises along the way. Note that Birdcage requested 2 miles so I made the lap longer than I typically would.

Baker Mayfield is not Pence

WARMUP:
SSH, merkins, squats, Broga

THE THANG:
Untraditional 11s. At first I wanted to go all the way through from 10 to 1, but YHC quickly realized I wouldn’t be able to make it so I modified as needed. We worked through the first two exercises from 10 down to 8, then flipped to the next two exercises. Then flip back down for 7-5, then flipped back. Last set was 4 to 1.

We got through two sets of exercises before time ran out.

From Clydesdales to Clydesdales

WARMUP:
THE THANG: We counted off and some ran and some rucked. Route was to circle around the Founders location where Clydesdales once called home.

Burned Bright!

WARMUP: Various back stretches to loosen up in cadence.
THE THANG: Classic bootcamp without running, merkins, or burpees. 6 flights with 5 themed exercises each of MMA, Cardio Broga, Plyometrics, Lower Body Burn, and DirtDog ( got wet and dirty in the grass.) Mix of single count and cadence.
MARY:

Moderately Moderate

It was a beautiful morning in The Fort and the PAX were moderately fired up for a moderate beatdown.

We did a quick warmup and we were off.

We moseyed over to the bridge for a thing I like to call the bridge of moderate pain.

11’s: 10 squats, run across the bridge, 1 merkin…and so on and so forth.
Circled up for some Mary
Dora: Partner 1 – 100 CDDs, 200 calf raises, 300 LBCs. Partner 2 – run over to the bleachers and run two flights.

Run back over the bridge for some bench work.
