THE THANG:

Partner DORA was the theme, but she wasn’t there (open to all men). Partner 1 runs to designated light pole and back. Partner 2 does the same while partner 1 picks up where partner 2 left off.

100 burpees
200 squats
300 flutters

A few words shared and a mosey to bottom of Monroe white.

Gather, then sprint uphill to the right hand turn and recovery jog to print shop pull up bars

Hangs and Merkins
Hang 30 seconds – 15 merkins
Hang 20 seconds – 10 merkins
Hang 10 seconds – 5 merkins

Mosey to pike energy lot and 5 burpees OYO….because why not.

Mosey to the buildings for a Board of Pain
One PAX runs a lap up and down stairs while other PAX does the exercise, then switch so all are done by all:

1. Donkey Kicks
2. Big Boys
3. Bomb Jacks
4. Merkins
5. LBCs
6. Jump Squats
7. Shoulder Taps
8. Apolo Ohno
9. Calf Raises
10. Lunges (Forward & Back, Alternate Legs)

Mosey to Pond for Block Party
1 Tricep Curl with block at one end, 5 Merkins on block in middle (on way out and back) , 2 Bicep Curls at other end
2/4 and so on up until 10/20 for last rep

Closeout 2025 before opening 2026

WARMUP: SSH, MCs, Parker Peter, Peter Parker, Plank, L/R planks,. Mosey to back parking lot, cariaco
THE THANG: Muster on the grassy patch in back parking lot where we started, left, and returned a few times. Running took us to the south wall of HT, the tire shop and the north wall of HT in between stops at the grass. Pax fit 100 burpees into the workout in doses of 10. Other fun included bear crawl, crawl bear, crab walks, lunges, various flavors of Mary, and it was all topped off with suicides.

COT: Encouragement for pax to bring some closure to 2025 before starting 2026 by reviewing photos on their phone from Thanksgiving through Christmas period. This practice always grounds me and give me perspective. It especially deflates anxious thinking/feeling about future and various regrets/shame by providing a very real and visible depiction of the true blessings and joy in my life.

Barry Manilow is not just a F3 name

WARMUP: mosey around park while doing SSH, windmill, cherry pickers, imperial walkers, hillbilly walkers, low slow squat, merkins
THE THANG: start off in the parking lot by the fields – from one end to the other, bear crawl, and stop at every 3rd line to do 5 merkins. Once we got to the other side, lunge walk back, and stop at every 3rd line to do 5 squats. Using the parking lot running back and forth we did karaoke, run, nur, toy soilders, butt kicks, and high knees. Mosey to parking lot (stopping along the way for plank to keep pax together) by dog kennel for a Dora – 100 imperial walkers, 150 LBCs, and 200 flutters. Mosey back to flag.
