WARMUP: mosey around park while doing SSH, windmill, cherry pickers, imperial walkers, hillbilly walkers, low slow squat, merkins
THE THANG: start off in the parking lot by the fields – from one end to the other, bear crawl, and stop at every 3rd line to do 5 merkins. Once we got to the other side, lunge walk back, and stop at every 3rd line to do 5 squats. Using the parking lot running back and forth we did karaoke, run, nur, toy soilders, butt kicks, and high knees. Mosey to parking lot (stopping along the way for plank to keep pax together) by dog kennel for a Dora – 100 imperial walkers, 150 LBCs, and 200 flutters. Mosey back to flag.

Counting Down from 100

WARMUP:
Spike took the warmup right where we plant the shovel flag. Counts and cadence were perfect, and we even did 6-count burpees. Impressive!!!

THE THANG:
Ran around to do a few more warm ups before heading to a building for the countdown.

2 locations for exercises. Run between each, which included stairs and some bear crawls or lunges:

80 Shoulder Taps
70 Hello Dollys
60 SSH
55 LBCs
50 Merkins
40 Speed Skaters
30 Lunges
20 Burpees
10 Big Boy Sit-ups

Rockin around the Christmas Tree

WARMUP: couple loops in the AO lot with high knees, buttkickers, and karoake.
THE THANG: Bucket 11 – one bucket at each end of the top lot. Pax pulled random exercises in an 11 format. Mak tar jyes and burpees were everyone’s fave.
Did some partner work on the wall near the upper town hall lot. Bear crawl with wall sit and balls to the wall.
Mosey to Christmas tree. 12 stations surrounding tree. Do two stations and run a loop. We darn near didn’t even come close to finishing all the stations. Great mumblechatter.

WARMUP: Did some moseying around with SSH, Hillbillies, and Squats
THE THANG: A Dip/Derkin 11 at the Ampitheater/ mosey to the Stairs in Textile Way / pax planked and elbow planked while one at a time went up/down.
Mosey to Sunbelt lot.
Quick DORA like run with merkins/lbc’s/squats.
Mosey to Main Event – Starfish type workout with 7 solid stations. Burpees/Merkins/Big Boys/LBC’s/Mak Tar Jyes/Dry Docks/Jump Squats. All stations had high rep counts for max suffering.
Mosey to a station, near crawl back, do 1 burpee on first round, 2 burpees on second, etc…
All pax gave max effort to complete, but fell a little short on time. Moseyed back to COT.
