At the middle school’s loop, start at the bottom of the loop and do exercise noted (listed below). Run to the short brick wall at other end of loop, jump the wall, continue running up the loop. Stop at flag poles and do Bobby Hurleys (15 oyo). The proceed to run back to bottom of the loop; do the noted exercise there and repeat with the run/wall jump/run/bobby’s etc.

Creeping up Monroe

WARMUP: Mosey up to St Johns for SSH, cheery pickers, imperial walkers
THE THANG: Mosey over to the bank/town hall and laid out the plan. We’ll be doing an easy run down the hill to the FMCOG parking lot on the eastern point of Academy St (station one), then back up the hill and up the stairs to 1st Baptist (station two), over to St Johns (station three) and back to the east side of town hall (station 4). Each round 5 of the following, then 10, 15.
1 – BBSU
2 – Merkins
3 – double count lunge
4 – Plank and alternate hand to the sky (might have a name, might not, too many exicon entries to search)

After round 3 (15 reps) we took the the scenic route back to COT for a few low slow squats and SSH to run out the clock

1 merkin bear crawl to the next space
2 merkins bear crawl

same on the way back with squats and lunge walks

7s with Squats at the bottom, Merkins at the top

Mosey back towards COG hit all the stairs…I mean ALL of them

Wall sit with 2 burpees down the line

Hey, carry my bell will ya?

WARMUP: 10 count of things, then 15 count of same things
THE THANG: we all swapped carrying the 25 lb bell around for fun. Did BOMBS at unity church circle. 10-15-20-25, a full Jack Webb and then a run around the block for good measure. Mr Kettlebell enjoyed the tour.

Hills and Stairs

WARMUP:
Lap around the parking lot. Circle up at the front of the church. In cadence exercises: SSH, Windmills, Imperial Walkers, and Plank Stretches.
THE THANG:
Run to the top of Withers St. Exercises at the top and at each Stop sign: merkins, squats, and LBCs (10 each). Return back to the start point with the same stops and exercises.
Next stop, the stairs in the church parking lot. Each pax ran up and down the stairs while the others performed an exercise. Five rounds ( plank, flutters, Moroccan Night Clubs, CCDs, burpees).
Returned back to COT for some Mary.

Dora & the Hill

The mumble chatter was strong from the start this morning & never ceased. It helped cut the thickness of the air.

WARMUP:
Short mosey to the FMPD parking lot for some SSH’s, Windmills, Moroccan NC’s & LSS’s

THE THANG:
Mosey’d over to Massey St & up the hill to the parking lot.
Since we were 5-strong, split into two groups for a Dora of 100x Merkins, 200x LBCs & 300x Squats.
First group ran down & back up the hill while the 2nd group whittled away at the reps. Flapjack until all were complete.
Some Bear Crawling & Lunges over & back across the top parking lot.
Mosey over to parking lot behind Hobos for more Bear Crawls & Lunges.
Ran back to FBChurch for Mary until time.

MARY: Yes – 10x Gas Pumpers > Double-Crunch LBCs > Dynamic-Count Box Cutters > Flutters > Catalina Wine Mixers. Closed w/5x Burpees.
