THE THANG: We hit the turf field at PK Middle for some pick a ticket from the bucket running. Got in 2.5 miles all said and done. Great work and mumblechatter. All enjoyed.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Fogerty is your host for Adopt A Highway F3 trash pickup this Saturday at Harris Street Park. 07:45. Great fellowship opportunity and community service.

Dojo is interested in having you sign up for the Canoli Run, one week from this Saturday.

COT:
We had one Pax share a pretty critical situation that needs prayer and love.

Many pax have graduation, college and high school.

Always a pleasure to be in the gloom

Angry Assassin

5 pax enjoyed buckets of pain around Kingsley, launching from the amphitheater for today’s version of Dawn patrol. Angry, being awake since 3:30, I tried to take it out on the guys just a little but it was child’s play for everyone except for the excessive burpees.

We did announcements that we have all read from the newsletter. We lifted prayers for aging parents who need attention, family members who are struggling with some stunning news, and friends/co-workers who are suffering. Importantly, we also prayed for our children.

Very Rucky

The usual running was almost hijacked by ruckers this week. Tclaps to the speedy Sir Toppam Peach stand, bass, Fogerty, corruption, for keeping us a running AO.

We ran, we rucked, we fellowshipped, we prayed for a reflective Holy Week.
